I once got stuck in ATL traffic for five hours with an overheating car. ATL traffic blows and spots are only a 3 lane in a top 5 population city.

Kansas gets a bad wrap west of Topeka that is. Topeka east to St. Louis would be within the proposed containment area. Being a die hard reds fan it would be justifiable to keep all of those cardinal bastages contained for good.
