Thanks, Kat. Appreciate the invite. Still a long ways. When you were talking about making dressing the other day, it reminded me of the first time I did it from scratch. Damn, that was a job.
Mine was a tad dry, but I put it in a huge pan n spread it thin because I needed to feed 25 out of it.
My only problem was underestimating how much celery/onions to sauté
