Thanks, Kat. Appreciate the invite. Still a long ways. When you were talking about making dressing the other day, it reminded me of the first time I did it from scratch. Damn, that was a job.

Mine was a tad dry, but I put it in a huge pan n spread it thin because I needed to feed 25 out of it.

My only problem was underestimating how much celery/onions to sauté

It's not that bad sly, make ya a couple skillets of cornbread, sautéed some onions and celery chicken or turkey stock, some sage, salt and pepper.. Crumble the cornbread moisten it with the stock add the seasoning and add turkey then bake till it starts to firm up its not too hard to make..

yeah, did that later. I was in a learning process back then. I found some cornbread croutons at the store the other day. Damn, they're good.
