Got a call from yer LadyVol about 10 min ago. She said that the answer to the question: How do you fill an entire 2 hours of "stadium workout"? Does not equal
1) laying in the grass
2) trying to buy popcorn
3) picking out season tickets.

But it does include:
1) worst cramps ever
2) throwing up and swallowing it twice
d) "great job" from coach.

and is best followed by an ice bath.
