I said eff it and came home. I gotta get some rest. My wife is frying some quail for dinner and I am gonna watch the NHRA finals. Plan on getting a good nights rest and hit it hard again tomorrow.

I will have to walk her through it. She effed the last batch up and as hard as they are to come by I cant let her do that to these. We got em soaking in buttermilk, gonna scorch em about 6.

My dad used to hunt quail with his English setter Redclay. My mom would fry them 15-20 at a time. Miss that.

we are getting some quail back around here, they were almost extinct a few years ago. You cant beat a good fried quail.
