No I can almost guarantee the weather will be to bad. Just going on a ski trip. But need to get out there in the Summer not this upcoming but next. It's so beautiful then.

Nah, it's about civil rights, starts at end of slavery/reconstruction and ends at this years election. We learn the whole course and then have to write a really long essay 10,000 words on any topic surrounding it for part of our grade.

We know nothing about the revolution, probably because we are too embarrassed to teach it. All we learn is your mistakes and world wars. So civil rights, nazi's, Soviet Union, Vietnam etc... Our history gets scrubbed over.
