Have a bad day at the course?

Hell naw. Hittin' my new Callaways were sweet. The freakin' ball jumps off those clubs. Did have some problems getting back, though. Car overheated really bad and had to call a tow truck. I was 25 miles from home. He showed up pretty quick. Then, he had a problem with the tow truck on the freeway and had to call another tow truck. Weird day, butiain'tmad. Got back to town and my mechanic got it fixed in a couple of hours.

I just posted that up above for the hell of it.

Big difference then, huh?

Hey I'm just saying I need to come play out there with you so I can have an excuse to hit from them without holding anyone up.

Get out here, then. Denver ain't got **** on this place. I'm almost a mile high (just about 500 feet short). We can play some Rocky Mountain high golf. The course I played today has a lot of long holes. The 9th is a par 5 and is 500 yards from the senior tees. Got a par on it, btw.

Damn!!!!!!!!!

Do most of the courses play longer due to the high altitude?

Yeah. Didn't realize the advances made in the past 3-5 years in clubs. I've been hitting Ping 1-3's which are great clubs but they're about 8 years old. I'm getting a higher trajectory with these and about 15 yards or so more on each club.

You want to sell your Pings?

Don't know if altitude has anything to do with. Probably more the area they have to work with and the lay of the land. One course I play has a few 175-220 yard par 3's on the front nine and some ridiculous 80-110 yard par 3's on the back. Nice courses, though.
