Haha I hate it for y'all regular joe scheldules, I'm off on my 4 day don't go back to work till Thursday. Monday don't mean shyt to me but for MNF with the Gru... How I love my job

Here's my kid from Saturday night in Nashvegas.

Still needs some work, but it was a good night.

Yup, thats my lil girl. She is 16. It is her 2nd time on stage.

There are two other songs that came before that, "save my from myself" (cAguilera) and Dont Know Why (Norah Jones)

We are working on the stage presence thing, and that will cure a little bit of pitch problems in the slower songs. She has to figure out what to do with her hands while she sings. She has had them in the back pocket of her jeans for YEARS. hahaha. But this is a pretty good start. We got great feed back from a fella that works for Sony, among others, making music videos.

i took Hydroxycut extreme this morning and believe I may have the cleanest colon and anoos this side of the 'ssippi.
And I just made weight for my first jiujitsu tourney so I can get choked out in front of my kids and @ 3k people.

Nothing like watching your dad get choked out. I think im going to put my son in judo next year.

BJJ has been great for my boys. My oldest is passive and special needs. He loves it and isn't as passive. My middle is 9 and tbh, was a drama queen mixed with a little wuss. He won his flight in his 2nd tourney and tapped a kid out in 15 seconds, after bein humiliated his first tourney. Bigtime confidence boost for him and he's not a wuss anymore. My 3rd never lost as a 5 yr old in 3 tourneys in memphis, nashville and atl, but is done competing for now. He's a fun kid and it's tough for him to want to hurt or choke another one.
This will be my first. It may be ugly, but I'll be in the over 40 and beginner division. I'm just terrified I am going to tear a shoulder or something as I have had over 12 surgeries. I just want to not get tapped out, not get injured, and maybe get lucky with a W. I doubt the W, but it's a hope.
