yes, it dropped 30 degrees over night. Rained most of the day here. I was gonna go this afternoon but my kid has 5 buddies coming over tonight and I gotta cook for them here in a few. If tomorrow is as good as today, I might pack a lunch and sit all day tomorrow. Next weekend is the youth hunt here in Arkansas, I hope the weather cooperates.

nah, Im good. We got a pile of limbs and **** we been building all summer. Gonna have quite the fire tonight if that wet **** will burn.

That sounds good. Nothin like a good fire in fall and the smell of burning leaves. It's still like 80 degrees here and it's almost November. I don't remember it being this hot last year.

bout 15 years ago I had a bigas$$$ pile of trees, limbs, torsos, and couldnt get that damng thing to light. It would smolder, but wouldnt take off. Just a little too damp.

I went to the garage, got a 5gal can of gas....and started pouring. I went all the way around, pouring gas on the pile. Just about all the way around I thought "man, that might be too warm for gasoline....." I took two steps away from the pile and
BOOM

damn thing knocked me on my arse when it happened too.

Good times.
