Buddies sister did and loved it. Rent is ridiculous though and or was. She had a cool old house she rented but if you dropped one of her dog's tennis balls on the floor it would roll to the other side of the room faster than bubba could move his new stang. Neighborhood was only meh and she paid damn near double what you might pay elsewhere. Ladies down there are cute there is a girls college down there.
