Yes. Only certain mechanics are trained to work on them. It gets expensive - quick. Old school VDubs are still all right. New school are expensive.

Okay. Don't let me scare you. A new one that you purchased that is maintained the way it should be from the jump is a great vehicle. I bought a used one that was driven hard and not maintained well. Little stuff kept breaking.

I'm in a little diner eating and some chick has two kids with her. They're raising hell over using her phone and she's trying to reason with them instead of being a freaking parent. Ugh, I came very close to speaking my mind.

I'm always the guy taking his kids outside when shizz gets out of hand. They may or may not come back inside with some sniffles. Either way sucks for the parents though but I sure am not having a resteraunt full of people have to hear my kids. They're both pretty good most of the time though. We learned a long time ago if they are tired and hungry skip the sit down meal and go home.

That works fine with the 7 year old. Not so much the 3 year old. We're getting there.

I couldn't ask for better behavior from my kids. They each have their moments, but in public, school and with others, they are never in the middle of trouble. Now, my middle one may have planned the whole thing and convinced others to do it while he isn't around, but its hard to fault his angles and effort.
