It's got it's funny parts in both but Hollywood is running out of options and remaking movies and making movies that never end. See Saw 19 or Fast and Furious 11. It's comical.

I think I built up 1 so much that I was let down. I saw 2 thinking this is gonna suck and it was alright. Expectations played a part for sure. The remakes are getting out of control.
