What festivities?

Rossini Festival. It's sort of artsy as I've discovered. But, food and drink to be had. I have a friend showing his paintings on the square, so I have to hook up with him for awhile. It's sponsored by or put on by the Knoxville Opera Company, but looks like fun for all during the festival. Looks like they block off a section of Gay Street for the food stuffs plus happenings on the square.
