City of Oak Ridge is dying. Terrible management. All of the DOE facilities exist outside of the city as well.

My grandfather worked there during WWII. Would never tell any of us what he did. Not his wife, my Mom or anyone.

I have several friends on the Swat team there. Things go on that no one "knows" about.

Worked 16 yrs in the plants at OR.

One other improvement in PC performance...I stopped using MSN Explorer and went with IE8 and all the nagging PC hanging issues went away. MSN Ex would use up memory and not release it and after a period of time the PC would take 10 sec or so to execute a command.
