Setting up DropBox account. Password strength is rated weak, so-so, good & great. Typed in random vulgar sexual phrases till I got a great rating.

Tri, is it good to load up on carbs before a run? I suspect I will want some pasta and I plan to run later this evening. Does that have any effect?

Yes it helps depending on distance. If you're running for less than an hour carb loading has minimal effect. For max effect carb loading should be done 1-2 days before a race or long run.

of course if you want to use running as an excuse to eat pasta then ignore what I just said. Somedays I think that the best way to replace carbs after running is with beer. :rock:
