But she needs to realize he needs to be with his daddy also.

I've always heard 13 but don't know for sure.

just from searching (yeah bored at work today i have 1 flight) 13 is where they take the child's opinion into consideration. says something about they will still decide what is best but i dont see why they wouldn't go by what he wants.
