Is that tough to do?

toughest part is lifting the 57 pounds into the fridge. She packaged it with the salt, sugar, garlic etc mixture. Turn it over everyday and kind of mush it around in the ziplocks for a week. Then she will smoke it with applewood for about an hour to hit 150 degrees then finish it off in the oven a bit. Ready to freeze or fry up!!! easy peasy.:birgits_giggle::whistling:

I forgot to mention the slicing of the pork belly after it is cured and smoked. She'll put back in the fridge to chill so it goes through the slicer easier. Then repackage for freezing. When is the last time you paid $2.99 a pound for thick cut bacon?:yes:
 
I have a torso and leg in the basement garage fridge. Not really into that in the summer as I try and trim some salt intake, so its there if anybody feels cannibally.

I regret my decision to challenge heart at song pop. I dislike losing 19 games in a row.

Some girl with the username kaitlinxp is kicking my ass with her glee playlist. I chose the Jonas bros playlist just to make you laugh lol. Some guy keeps playing the country playlist and its pissing me off. Smitty always picks 80s hair bands lol
