Is that tough to do?
toughest part is lifting the 57 pounds into the fridge. She packaged it with the salt, sugar, garlic etc mixture. Turn it over everyday and kind of mush it around in the ziplocks for a week. Then she will smoke it with applewood for about an hour to hit 150 degrees then finish it off in the oven a bit. Ready to freeze or fry up!!! easy peasy.:birgits_giggle::whistling:
