He's a good guy, and you dont find that very often with the top head coaches. He has potential to be great. The greatest head coaches had great assistants, and he has a nice bunch surrounding him right now. If he can keep that together, I see him being a legend (for the right reasons) around here.

As you all know, when Phil had great assistants, he put up some great seasons. Lost some assistants, lost some games.

After this week is done, I will be back on yalls side.

and Im still pimping out that LadyVols Rowing segment on GameDay tomorrow. ESPNU between 9-10am. They were at practice this morning with cameras in the boats, and inside sunglasses, very cool stuff.
