I've had goat before.

its not bad. The worst part is in the way you have to kill it. You cant shoot it. I had a guy kill and clean this one for me. Its a little greasier than beef or pork, but still very good if cooked right.

because they go into some kind of seizure and the blood ruins the meat. If you are gonna cook one you have to hang it up by its back legs and cut its throat and let it bleed out.

I post in other threads, people just tend to ignore me in them. The last armadillo I saw was in the yard when I left for work at 4 am Monday morning. He got lucky then, he wont be so lucky next time.
