BTW and FWIW: I saw the guy also. I was at gate 21 with my cousin. Had to help get his scooter over the little ridge on the poorly designed handicap ramp. (or maybe it was a poorly designed handicap scooter, certainly a poorly designed cousin)


Anyways, we must have been there about the same time.
