Hey OE, going to court on the passing the concrete truck speeding ticket Wednesday. Thought of another angle the judge probably won't consider. It happened on a windy two lane country highway and I passed on a straight stretch that the cop even admitted was a legal passing area. Gonna throw in that there was very little opportunity to pass anybody on that road and I waited until it was legal to do so. Whatdya think?
