I'll eat tilapia and have I'm just saying your local catfish may have eaten less poop than your Chinese raised tilapia. I've known snobs that won't eat Catfish but will eat tilapia.

Don't know about tilapia, but fresh salmon is pretty good. And, as you probably know, tuna in a can is about as close to fresh tuna as spam is to ribeye.

"Fresh" Farmed Salmon is what is sold in the grocery stores, as is Tilapia. Not being a "snob", but they both suck. I will eat Salmon from Publix, but Tilapia, Nope!
