Want that booty nice and firm? Squats until you can't squat no more. KB raises seem to work my core more than anything.
Not raises but throws. squat like you are trying to close a car door with your butt, swinging the weight back through your legs like you're trying to hit your arse. Then violently pop your hips forward swinging the weight to shoulder level. Repeat 75x.
Actually if your just raising the KB to around eye level, those are call Russian KB swings. Those are the kind I do, due to my shoulder. Before, I use to raise it all the way up with my arms going up around/past my ears.
