I would volunteer to be on the flight crew for all of them I could. In one of my squadrons, we were flying an aging platform that was about to be decommissioned and mothballed, so the last two years in the squadron, we did a ton of air shows. I think in two years, I went to 24 air shows.

Most of my trips are pax hauls to and from PACOM or dragging fighters. I don't get many airshows.
