What are your thoughts on the decriminalization of marijuana and how that would affect the incarceration rates of Tennesseans?

Most of what I see in our courts has little to do with marijuana. People seeking things like pain killers are all the rage in Knox County. I am fine to legalize it as soon as there is some sort of field sobriety test for Marijuana.
