(7) “Matter” means any book, magazine, newspaper or other printed or written material or any picture, drawing, photograph, motion picture film, videocassette or other pictorial representation, or any statue, figure, device, theatrical production or electrical reproduction, or any other article, equipment, machine or material that is obscene as defined by §§ 39-17-901--39-17-917;(8) “Minor” means any person who has not reached eighteen (18) years of age and is not emancipated;(9) “Nudity” means the showing of the human male or female genitals, pubic area, or buttocks with less than a fully opaque covering or the showing of the female breast with less than a fully opaque covering of any portion below the top of the nipple, or the depiction of covered male genitals in a discernibly turgid state;(10) “Obscene” means:(A) The average person applying contemporary community standards would find that the work, taken as a whole, appeals to the prurient interest;(B) The average person applying contemporary community standards would find that the work depicts or describes, in a patently offensive way, sexual conduct; and(C) The work, taken as a whole, lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value;
