Dude, I almost killed someone on the interstate today.

Some fawking stupid ass chick on the interstate today decided to completely come to a dead stop in order to let someone get onto the interstate from the shoulder of the road. Guy next to me swerves into my lane and almost hits me in order to stop so suddenly. Why the hell would anyone think it is a good idea to go from 65mph to 4mph in 2 seconds with 100 cars behind you on your bumper?
