Seriously. Logic would suggest that the "man" part is too small for the "woman" part, therefore allowing air to pass between the two, and obviously creating the "noise" that you are describing. I don't know, I have never heard the "noise" of which you speak.
From no prior experience, I suggest you go with it!! Make it worse, talk to it, smack it for making that goshawful noise. Damn man, I'm getting pissed off just thinking about it.
