I don't think there's any such thing as a bad hot sauce. That being said, Cholula is the best sauce on the market right now, IMHO.

Original. It has everything a quality sauce needs. Some foods don't mesh well with a contemporary sauce. I've yet to find a food that Cholula doesn't accentuate.
