Deacon lives across the street from us, you could hit the police station with a rock from his back porch. He was working late, wife heard a scratch on window. Some guy was standing there looking in. He watched her call 911 and didn't even budge. She went in to get the kids, never heard anything else. 20' later cops show up.

Wednesday night neighbors across the street one house down's alarm went off for 15 minutes with no response. Guy that owns the house is a doc n is irate
