I love them. Once split a bushel with just a few friends with beer and hot sauce. We had a blast.

I'm just glad that I was introduced to them. My family would never eat raw anything, much less oysters.

Not a fan of raw oysters. Had some delicious fried buffalo oysters in SC last year, though.

On a cruise once, they served oysters with cooked spinach and cheese. I don't know if they were raw, probably not, but they were delicious.
