No, they are voluntary. Only have to do blood or breath after you are arrested

That's what I thought.. I know you wouldn't have to do a a field test... But you could ask to speak to an attorney before doing anything, right?
They can't arrest you until they've proven you are guilty.. Therefore they can't give you a breathalyzer till they prove you're drunk?
I don't plan on drinking and driving... Just nice to know
You don't have the right to an attorney until after you are arrested. The police can arrest you if they have probable cause. If you refuse everything it just makes it harder for the DA to prove a case against you
