It's a trucker radio station called Road Dogs. Channel 106. It's called "On the phone with Dr. John". He takes calls from folks, usually truck drivers with medical questions. They talked mainly about drug addiction today.

I have no idea. I think states are now making them illegal.

From what I remember, there was a product called Ivory Wave or Waves that was marketed as a bath salt. It was a finer compound mix that regular bath salts and was sold purely for the high one would get when snorting it. From other readings, regular bath salts that have been around for years do not produce any high at all.
