They have seals in South Knoxville? Shouldn't you have it in the bath tub and not in the water heater? I've never owned one so I don't know.

The maintenance man answered my call in the middle of church. If the problem is remedied sufficiently than it should be fine. Nothing seems to be damaged so I wont have to make an insurance claim.

I just want the smell to be gone and no mildew.
