FWIW.

Get a decent receiver, and you can't go wrong with Bose speakers but, and I learned the hard way, spend as much as you can afford on a good sub woofer. I don't recommend a Bose Sub woofer.

I am gonna vent for just a sec. I had a "friend" call wed night telling me he needed to borrow some money. He hadnt worked but 2 days the week before, the rent was due, and he didnt have any money for groceries for his kids. So I gave him a hundred bucks. I just found out through a mutual friend he blew it on beer, lottery tickets, and cigarettes. How can you either use your kids in lying or take food outta their mouth like that?
