Kat, what's the best thing besides bio freeze for back pain?

What type of pain is it? Sharp shooting dull achy etc. where does it originate from and end at? When is it worse/less bothersome? Constant or just comes and goes? Anyone thing that sets it off?

Sharp from my neck to spine and also across my entire left shoulder. Chiropractor said I've got nerve damage but family doctor says he can't see anything bad from X-ray.
