remember I am 49 and 6' 3" 245lbs. I timed out at 30:53 for 3 miles yesterday. When I took Topper and Cooper with me last week, it was at 28:00. It would have been faster if I had not stayed on my feet.lol:lol:

No higher than a ten minute pace. Wgen we,are tested try to get around 8 minute pace

I think I could do an 8 minute if I only ran 1 mile. 3 miles I have to pace it out.

It sucks that a company can tell you when you have to take a vacation. They dediced to be closed on Jan 3rd and are making us take a vacation day. I also have been told I have to take 80 hours of vacation before the end of February to save the company money. I researched it online and it does not seem to be illegal for them to do that.

Heading off to baseball practiice. Still haven't recpvered from the first one.

They have three stacked tractor tires, and I am one of three that can jump up on top of them. One of the others is a triple A baseball player haha.

There is a stack of two and I can jump inside of them. I can almost, almost, clear them completely, but busted my face when I tried.
