Since you have met, why dont you bump into her on campus? Start off with....hi arent you so and so? After she replies.... I thought so... Im so and so.... We met once etc. i coach your brother in baseball and know your parents.... With that the ice is broken and you have subject material for a conversation. Find out about her classes. Suggest hanging out sometime or have an upcoming event in mind that you can invite her to. Its up to you after .. At that point you should get her digits. You just have to be confident and relaxed. Be sure to listen closely to what she says. Remember something insignificant about her from the convo that you can bring back up in a later convo. She will know you were listening to her.
