Sausage and cheese dip with fresh fried corn tortillas.

Smoked Salmon Canapes, fresh cukes, cream cheese, smoked salmon (not cured), capers and red onion.

21-25 Applewood smoked bacon wrapped shrimp grilled with Jack Daniels BBQ sauce and fresh honey for dippin.

Fresh Caprese Salad.

Caesar salad, homemade croutons and dressing.

Filet Mignon with Behrnaise.

Grilled Lobster with Lemongrass and Saffron hollandaise.

Fresh Chicago Style Italian Bread with roasted garlic and olive oil.

I busted my ass and it paid off! Merry Christmas
