Mornin Cali. I made a comment last week in the PSATPAY thread about you looking like a pineapple. You never responded. It was a joke....are you still eating them like they are going outta style?

Can't say I have. I don't use a lot of marinades just BBQ sauce (Bullseye) for pork, chicken and sometimes shrimp and Mojo for chicken. Just started using Mojo a couple of months ago....that shiz is for real!!

Not as much here lately. Still buy far my favorite fruit. The last few we've bought weren't that good. I haven't been able to go to the store since oct so my wife has picked me up a couple. They have just seemed over ripe and over priced.

As you might remember I don't really care for it ( I drink a lot of pineapple juice tho :) ), so I haven't noticed the quality or price lately. Do you have a Sweet Bay near you? I have one right down the street and their produce section is way better than the Publix I frequent.

RV makes some killer Cuban chicken. She does her black beans & yellow rice in such a way, if she put some on my forehead, my tongue would beat my brains out.:birgits_giggle:

I think that's the rice RV uses.
Mojo?
RV made her mojo from scratch last time I think. She has used a bottled brand I don't know the name, but she thought she could do it better. She did.

Morning all! Any and all prayers are appreciated as I'm at the hospital, about to have a little surgery. Stupid kidney stone won't go away.

Hopefully this will put an end to my ER trips.

There are several different ones, the one I like is the one with an orange on the label. It's $1.47 at publix and I can't make it that good at that price. All I do to it is add a little fresh garlic to it and it's perfect. But remember, I only use it for chicken and occasionally shrimp.

Hey girl, bad as we hate it, sometimes its a necessary evil. Still praying, and if behr sends any goodies you have to share with me :)
