I drink nothing but water, a gallon a day... Except alcohol maybe twice a week... I typically exercise 2 hours a day though.
I drink a lot out here but mostly because it's a dry climate. And, I drink nothing but water. Body retains about 2/3 of all fluids you drink. Another interesting thing about water, drinking room temp water is better for losing fat, especially when exercising. Cold water solidifies fats and makes it harder for the body to burn them.
I doubt the water is still cold when it gets to the cellular level. If you're talking about in the gastro level the solid fat would probably go to waste. And if you drink a lot of beer it will be clear as a bell. :lol:Everyone is different. Age makes a difference, too. I drink a couple of quarts usually. I remember reading on a few websites a year or so ago that if your pee is dark, you're not drinking enough water. Should be medium to light yellow for normal healthy people.
