No suspense, tell us what's happening in the movie. Spelling out period is how one makes a point in a dramatic way, don't you think?

I've just found typing out "Period" really makes what you're saying more true. I was just curious what the power of the word, alone, would do. Thought I might magically close the thread, or something else amazing, with it....

I've seen some add extra emphasis by typing PERIOD....DOT....

I feel ya. I get that way sometimes if I read too much. But then I think that most of the *******s spewing their crap have probably never even been to a game. People like that used to keep their stupid mouths shut. Now, with the internet, they hide in their Momma's basement and type up all kind of crap that they would never say to anyone's face.

It's a head ache, these people couldn't had been around in the late 70's early 80's. They wouldn't had survived as fans. Long live the long suffering.

I hope it's a short suffering. I'll admit that I was spoiled from mid '92 forward. We lost a few games here and there but every game you went to, you never thought about getting beat. I'd bet the average age on VN is mid twenties. A lot of these kids haven't actually seen that. They've just heard about it. I'd like to see us return to power as much for them as for me. I got to go to the NC game in Arizona and nothing can take that from me. I'd like to see others have that opportunity.

I'd give anything to have got to go to games in the 90's. My parents didn't have the money to take me. I agree I want these kids to know what it's like to be feared and dominant and the old timers like us to feel glory again.

The fb forum is nuts right now. The first few threads I read left me pissed off, then I read oe's thread and laughed my ass off. Thanks oe. I needed that.

He seems to be, I think maybe he has gotten down from all the holiday stuff, and absolutely everyone had to wallow the little guy around. He looks better through his eyes today and doesnt seem to be nearly as whiney. How are things at casa jhen? Hows your recovery going?
