I'm with you, Grizz. Sometimes, they get it right. If ESPN will keep their damn nose out of it, maybe it'll go to the deserving player.

Musberguar said a minute ago that the vote for Chuck Woodson was the right vote because he is having a great NFL career..... No ESPN made that vote happen and they stole it from Peyton!!

You are absolutely right on that!! Some/many don't know or don't remember or weren't born. I hate ESPN and always will. That started it but they keep doing stupid crap that continues to get on my last nerve.

Don't let it get to ya, Grizz. We had a nice long run against Kentucky. I'm upset about the loss today but it has nothing to do with Kentucky. Also, there are some teams we play in football that I truly hate. Kentucky aint' one of them. Might as well answer the phone, congratulate them and get on with life. It's been a long time coming for them, youngblood.

So, I'm over on Amazon right now buying UT stuff. I typed in UT Vols and started looking through all the gear, etc. Page 8 pops up a UK blue blanket. Amazon hates us.......Not really.

I know, it just adds insult to injury for the way things has gone the past 4 years. And trust me I hate Alabubba and FU way more!! I'm one of those old die hards that I take loses very personal. I don't wanna talk, go anywhere, nothing. Been that way all my life.

I take them hard, too, Grizz. After the last few years, this one has me upset with many of the players and coaches. It's on them. They didn't want it badly enough. I hope this gets turned around quicker than during the Majors' years. That was a bunch of losses we had to suffer through.

I saw your comments after our loss. You're OK. Good win for Kentucky's team and fans today.

Sloppy, What does it benefit me to celebrate by mocking the despair of friends? I love the cats, id cheer for us in a yarn spinning contest, but still I hate it that newt and tri were there and didn't get to see their team win, because I know they both love the vols so much. Granted I wouldn't trade today. I got to watch the game with my whole family and even my pap was doing well enough that he realized what was going on, but as my friends I also hate that u are going thru this with ur storied program. I've been there with my basketball team, I know the frustration, but you guys should be proud to be vols, win lose or otherwise, if nothing more than to honor the blood, sweat and tears of the young men and women who live say in and out by the motto that they will give their all for the university of Tennessee today. Sometimes they succeed, and sometimes in failure, it's easy for us to question whether they truly tried or cared, but just like all of u guys, they bleed orange and will forever.

The players didn't want it, I don't understand why. I hope it turns quickly too

Good thoughts. I was thinking about your Pap and others like him after the game. They've waited a quarter of a century to see this. It's a great day for them. I think the same for our fans. Many are butt hurt over this loss. I've been to a National Championship game where we won it all. How many of them will be able to ever say that? This might just really rekindle a rivalry between UT and UK. That would be a good thing. Glad you got to watch it happen with your family. I can't imagine the excitement it brought.

Classy Kat. Thank you.

It is a song lyric, but its already happened. Explain this "jungle clipped" shananigans"

You might know it by another name but it's what we called it in the olden days. You take two magazines, flip one upside down and strap/tape them together. When one is empty, you eject it, flip it and pop the other one in.

Young players don't always know how to "want it". They come in and see a long journey ahead of them, Filled with opportunity. They don't have the maturity, in their athletic career, to realize that every play is the last play. Losses like today, while they suck, teach that lesson in the only way that it can ever be taught. Most young players have upperclassman, many, as rolemodels to teach them the way and the will to win. Your young vols are flying blindly, but know that being in that locker room after that loss today, and seeing those seniors and their raw emotions did more to help your program than a ****ty bowl game And a win over a crappy football team would ever do.

They're not thinking TEAM, Grizz. Some of them aren't anyway. Just my opinion. Tennessee used to be known for gang tackling. How often has that happened in the last 2-3-4 or more years? Why so many missed tackles? Looks to me like some are playing for the one shot take down on the highlight reel and missing miserably. *******, smackmouth in your face talk. Wasn't that way years ago. I remember Jim Brown running into the endzone, handing the ball to the ref and running over to the bench. Same with Emmet Smith. Never said a word. Let their action on the field do the talking. Can't wrap my mind around some of the kids on the field today. Too much Me, Me, Me and not enough Us.
