Much better than yesterday. Still have half a chipmunk face w/ pain. How are the stones treating you today. I read a report years ago that stones were a frequent problem in the SE due to water supply. Don't know if true but I've been drinking bottled spring water ever since.

Poor thing. Chipmunk face is no fun.

Felt the best today I have since Wednesday, but still low on energy. They say that much pain is a shock to the body and I believe it. Hope to be back to normal soon.

I only drink bottled water, but I admit I don't drink enough. I'm going to force it now.

Not really. He is a great driver though. And seems pretty genuine.
