No, but I'd bet there are many available. I was thinking about the old rooming houses from the 60's and earlier. Like the one Barney Fife lived in on the Mayberry show. That would be so cool.

So, you pay the balance off each month and avoid the interest rate? If you do that and keep it in control, doesn't matter what the rate is.
