Lol, I was arrested and asked the officer to loosen them... He just laughed in my face... It's been 3 months.... Still can't really feel my thumb and still have cuts/marks visible.

Don't get arrested u won't have issues. I got no sympathy for lawbreakers. Woman in louisville got shot cause she shoplifter and when the officer tried to question her she ran over his foot. Every****ingbody got tore up over it. Not Kat. Kat says shoot all these lawbreaking mother****ers

If you have an open criminal case, your attorney might be able to use it to your advantage to settle the case. If you don't have a case, I would file a complaint with the Police Department and Internal Affairs will investigate. At least get it on his record just in case he does it to others. You might have a lawsuit. Go see an attorney for a free consult in your area.

Innocent people get arrested daily. If you don't believe that, then you are clueless. Hope it doesn't happen to you because you will definitely change your opinion

I got arrested once. The funny thing is, the cop that arrested me was arrested a couple months later for selling hydros out of the local Sonic. He was a doucher

I called internal affairs and they didn't seem very helpful, I have them like a 5 minute explanation of the event and she said I'd have to come down and write it, but she said itd have to be more than I just said.... And I probably talked about 2 pages...all was related.

I am in favor of drug courts. Mainly because we should try to treat the addiction instead of throwing them into an overcrowded jail. When they get out, they go right back to using and it's a revolving door.
