I like their looks and theyre perfect for subdivisions with asphalt roofing codes, but all my guys say their a ***** to install and if not done perfectly they're apt to leak

Usually 22-26 for regular metal installation without tear off. Baseline of 50 for any asphalt covered metal products plus a shipping / freight charge. That can vary depending on the roof and the contractors
