Cold, Grizz, cold. It's 40 degrees outside and, I swear, it's the coldest 40 degrees I think I've ever felt. Probably because it's been so warm lately and just dropped like a rock. Otherwise, life's good. Good to get together with old friends and rehash/relive the times. Always reminds me of a Bob Dylan song.....

Is it addictive that you know of? Could it be used, sparingly, for the long haul? Like 2-3 a day. I've read about it and like the way it works in the body. I took a couple today and it was nice to dull some pain and not feel goofy or groggy.

From what I read, yes it can be addictive. What type of pain are u having that is that severe, if u don't mind me asking

Man it's been great here the last several days!! It's about 60 or high 50's outside right now, nice breeze blowing!! We went to a German resteraunt and had a few Gerst beers!! FYI Gerst beer was a brewery back in the day in Nashville. They still make today. It's kinda like shiner bock.

I was gonna say 67. Dang it.

I took a tramadol the day I moved my apt so I could get up the next day and unpack it/etc and not be sore. A shot if toradol is my gave tho.

Lower right back through right buttock and down leg to the big toe. Think it's a pinched nerve. It doesn't hurt when I golf or move around. But, does if I stand in one spot for very long. Have a doc appointment tomorrow afternoon.

U need some PT. Prolly having piriformis issues that is causing compression on/irritation to your sciatic nerve.
