Had a customer ask for a quote yesterday afternoon on a special order item. He texted me at 1:34 AM asking for the price by 6 AM. Said he couldn't sleep cause he was thinking about the job he was quoting. Glad my phone was in my office. Would have been pissed if it woke me up.
