You can have sex with a minor that is 15-18 and not be charged criminally, as long as you aren't 4 years older than the victim. You are good to go.

However, if you are 4 years older but less than 5, its mitigated statutory rape, if you are 5 but less than 10, it is statutory and if you are 10 years or older it is aggravated. ALL FELONIES
