Yeah when you are an "authority figure" it doesn't matter if you just turned 18 and she is one day from turning 18, my father who was a cop told me that.

I read that as....

Is she is at least 13 and less than 18 AND the offender has to be four years older. So as long as I choose a 17 year old since I am 20, I'm okay. That's how I'm seeing it. Someone else take a look and see if you agree.

I think a much older man lied to me when I was 16. He told me he was 19. Years later something told me he was much older than 19. Now that I think about it, he was probably between 25-30.

lulz I know a girl who fell for something like that. The girl I was fooling around with and took to prom just turned 16 and is dating a 23 year old. Sad thing is she comes from a good family, they just don't know what to do with her because she is out of control.

I think I am reading it right. I thought the age difference was three years, but hell four is even better.
